In connection with the exchange (the “Exchange”) of the bearer non-voting equity securities (Genussscheine) of Roche Holding Ltd (the “Company”) for bearer participation certificates (Partizipationsscheine) (the “Participation Certificates”) and the listing of the Participation Certificates on SIX Swiss Exchange, a listing prospectus (the “Prospectus”) has been prepared by the Company and approved by SIX Exchange Regulation AG in its capacity as a review body.
